Join us for a special edition of Island Vibes for an afternoon of garden work at Fireman's Memorial Island! We will be supporting our ParkTender Frieda Pearce with mulching and weeding in her garden at 101st Street.
Frieda's garden lies at the intersection of West 101st Street and the service road on the east side of Riverside Drive. Please meet our staff there at 1pm.
We will provide all the tools you need! Please bring water to stay hydrated. Please wear warm, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes.
